Title: Advice for movie addict

I have a H8 Octa and Jurassic.World.2015.1080p.BluRay.x264.DTS-HD.MA.7.1-RARBG is stuttering like hell.
Can someone confirm this is working fine on Q5/Q10?

Hi, if you play it with kodi, i got the same problem in q10( with all 24p movies), use media center, and 24p to avoid it, no problem on that player , if has correctly  setup.

H8 and Q5 have different soc , you must wait himedia and kodi have increased support for new RK3368 soc so young.

Just what Looun says.

Q5/Q10 are better now but H8 is more powerful with new chipset so will likely be the better bet long term.

(Saying that, image quality will probably always be better on Q5/Q10 due to the Hisilicon chipset).
