Hi. 2 days ago I bought Egreat A5 and it has been updated to the latest firmware version. I need information on how to turn off this device from the remote control. The on / off button on the device works well. But the red button of the command turns on but does not turn off.

Are we talking about the supplied IR remote or an airmouse (like the MX3+ we sell as a bundle)?

With egreat A5 purchased by Aliexpress the IR remote control supplied does not disconnect, just turn on and the airmouse they give as a gift does not turn on or off, the other functions performed from the IR remote control and the airmouse seem to be slow though if executed, with new batteries

None of the Egreat products we've sold have had this problem and it's a difficult one to explain. I presume your IR remote looks the same as the international version we sell?:

It looks normal.
We've not encountered this problem before with any of the A5 we've sold.
You should try contacting the seller you bought it from and seeing what they say about a return or replacement.

F/W v1.2.6.6 have some problems to power off when Poster 2.0 loading is active. Try new beta f/w v1.2.8.2 or downgrade to f/w v1.2.5.6,

Before doing anything with the firmware, if I perform a factory reset, could it be solved?

Factory reset will help if is Poster 2.0 loading problems until add some path to library this is specific bug on f/w v1.2.6.6.
Downgrade can cause some problems if difference between f/w version is too big, easy to be solved with factory reset after f/w downgraded.
In unlucky situation of soft brick will need to follow recovery process with f/w 1.1.0.7
