Title: Chinese language (I think) when searching subtitles in Media Center

Hello,
I am from the Netherlands. I recently bought the Himedia Q10 Pro. It works perfectly except for one thing. When I want to search for subtitles in Media Center I only see, for me what appears to be, Chinese signs (see photo). I have no idea how to resolve this problem. All the language settings are correct. In my case of course to Dutch. I also did a test with settings to English. But the problem remains.
Can anybody help me?

There's no solution yet, you have to download the subtitles manually or use Kodi. This subject as plenty of posts in this forum.

Ok. Thank you. I did look on the forum about this, but could not find anything. But I am new here and that will be probably reason for that. Hopefully there will be a solution in the future.
