Download the latest build from the mirror below and upgrade. Excellent site for application APK's and verified as a safe site. Just search for Netflix...fixed my issue on my Q5 Pro.

Note you won't find netflix app on the google store using your HiMedia device. Just won't show up...something to do with new security measures on the part of Netflix I gathered. Anyway use below and the issue should be resolved.

Netflix requires a point device (mouse / airmouse).

You are correct, Amazon Prime does not work in Android 7.

Your local storage should automatically appear in media center. Your NAS needs to be searched for using LAN / NFS then autosearch.

What firmware version are you running?

Probably you need to open a guest account on NAS for use with HiMedia, i have done it with my Synology an all ok streaming 4K etc all running without problems. I activate SAMBA at HiMedia menu, and all running in Mediaplayer. Greatings  :)

LAN and NFS dont work for me. Only SAMBA, FW 2.06

As far as nas on lan goes,i stopped trying to find with auto search. just manually ad via ip as in //nas/media or //192.168.1.1234/media and that will work fine. then i just add as shortcut

The Android 5.1 firmware might be better at finding your network share (simply because it's different - it may by chance be more compatible with your NAS) but I don't recommend installing it. The most recent Android 5.1 firmware is 12+ months old and has been superseded by the Android 7 firmwares. The stickied 'official firmware' thread explains how to downgrade.

To resolve the LAN search problem I suggest a fixed IP address for the NAS and entering share details manually, as already suggested.

to downgrade an app, search for the app name + apk. It will show you a lot of result, I always get installation file from apknite because it create link from Play Store
