What model is your LG TV? Check the manual to see if all HDMI ports support HDMI UHD Color.
Try connecting your HiMedia Q10 to the HDMI 1 port. Plug the Egreat box into a different HDMI port and see if you still get 10 bit?
My Samsung TV only supports HDMI UHD Colour on the HDMI1 port. If I plug my Q10 into the HDMI1 port I can set the Q10 Color Space to YCbCr420 (10 bit) but if I connect it to the HDMI2 or HDMI3 ports I can only set the Q10 Color Space to YCbCr 4:2:0 (8 bit).
The problem is not with the Q10 but the TV!

I have 2 LG Oled too, LG OLED65E7V and LG Oled 55C6V and HDR work very well with Himedia Q10pro.
are you sure that the film is 4K UHD HDR???
please control the hdmi setting of LG OLED.....hdmi ports must be set to deep color, normally they have already been set up by home lg.
when the tv Lg oled received the hdr signal , a messagge appears on the screen of TV.
the setting of himedia is that proposed by the futeko team:
hdr ON
film UHD 60hz
deep color space is YCbCr 4: 2: 0 (10 bits).
also , all hdmi ports on lg oled TV are enabled for deep color, hdcp 2.2 for UHD 4k hdr

HDR mode 'OTHER' sets the box in SDR mode. It's exactly the same as 'SDR'. The 'OTHER' entry is where the Dolby Vision setting would have gone if Dolby had issued the licence.
I think your problem is a color space one. Egreat A10 and HiMedia Q10 Pro should perform the same for HDR.
On the working Egreat A10 go Settings - Display. Note the 'Deep color' setting.
Now on the Q10 Pro replicate it in Settings - More - Advanced Options - Video color space. Then go settings - More - Advanced Options - TV HDR mode: ON.

A marginal hardware fault like that is extremely unlikely, the hardware just doesn't work like that.
