Title: KODI Add-Ons stopped playing !

A couple of days ago most of my Kodi AddOns stopped playing, like Fox News, etc. I am in New Zealand and think Kodi now blocking content for NZ. Any ideas for a KODI ALTERNATIVE ??

This is a hardware support forum, not Kodi support. 
You can go directly to Kodi.tv but if any of your add-ons are for pirated content, you will get no support there either.

Kodi is software and does not block content, more likely your ISP in N.Z. or the content provider is doing that based on your IP location.  You could always try a VPN?
