I am starting to have a frustrating experience with my Q10 Pro. This is a brand new unit I just received. I upgraded the firmware to version 2.05. Since then I am encountering a couple of problems.
1. I cannot upgrade to version 2.06. When i tried, it reset my unit to factory settings and i had to reinstall all of my apps.
2. Now that i reinstalled all of my apps, I keep getting Launcer_3D keeps stopping. Closing the app only makes it re-appear again. I cannot get to the home screen.
I am really thinking about returning this unit back for a full refund. I never experienced any of these issues with my Roku. It is a shame too, because this unit has so much potential to be a great media player, however it is failing.

Are you sure it's European/international hardware version? Where did you get it from?
My advice is to install firmware 2.0.4 using the restore button method then update to 2.0.6.

I ordered it directly on line. Cant remember where, but it came from Hong Kong.
I was able to upgrade to version 2.06 just now. Someone mentioned to use a USB stick that is 8GB or less. That was my problem - I was using a 64GB USB stick and also a 1.5TB drive which I guess the software does not recognize upgrading from drives of sizes greater than 8GB.
But regardless of the update, I should not receive any error messages or process violations just because I add items to the favorites category. This is something that should be worked on to fix those results.
Thanks.
