Hello,
I hope someone can help me.
Every time when i select mediacenter , lan , autosearch i get the message : no server
I have tried everything but still the same result.
Is there something specific that I should look out for ?
Best regards,
Jan

Is internet available at all on Q10 Pro?
If you got into another app (e.g. Kodi) and browse for the network share can you find it?
If the answer to above is yes then assign the share a fixed IP address and enter address manually in Himedia media center.

If i connect to kodi i cannot add video files from my nas , also the message no server.

Does internet work in Chrome app?
-
Yes it does.

Have you assigned a fixed IP as suggested?
Check network firewall setting and anti-virus as these can stop network operations.
From your Network, can you see the Q10 under Android_xxxxx /Share ?

Thanks for your reply but problem is solved now.
I had the mediaplayer connected to an ethernet hub who was connected to the modem.
I disconnected it from the hub and put it directly in the modem and everything works fine now.
