Hi, when I want to use playstore on The Q 10 pro I receive every time " Authentication is required. You need to sign in into Google account. Retry "
That is possible because I change recently my pasword. But where I can sign in on my Google account on the Q 10 pro ?
On my samsung I can do with no problem but not on my Q 10 pro. Somebody can explain me please ?

The HiMedia firmware does not allow you to change your Google password >:(
You could try this possible solution first:

But I decided to rebuild my Q10 with the latest firmware. Then, when you run a Google app for the first time, you will be asked to enter your password.
If you do want to rebuild, don't do it yet because Futeko has just announced that:
***There will be a new Q5/Q10 Pro firmware next week (30/10 - 3/11) ***
so it would be more sensible to wait until then?

remove google from account and open playstore.

Settings - More - Accounts.

After updated to firmware 2.0.6 same problem. I upgrade from settings not to lose all user installed apps and settings. Is that the problem.
All the rest work fine

when i removed google account I also could not add google account again.

Did you already removed the account and open the playstore? Did it ask you to login?
Ultimately you may have to reinstall the firmware using the restore button method, make a backup first.

Yes I already removed the account, but nothing happens. I upgrade firmware 2.0.6 but from settings, not to lose all user installed apps and settings.
