I've had the Q5 for two years or so, and it's the best media player I've had, so if I upgrade, I expect it would be to the Q5 Pro (I've been thinking of it, by the way; have any Q5 owners upgraded to the Pro, and if so, do you think it's worth doing if I'm happy with the Q5?).
However, the Q5's one low quality component seemed to be the LED display: the first digit burned out after a few months, and now I have just a few lit digits left, so the display serves really no purpose. It's certainly not a very important component, but I've been curious if there is any quality difference in the Q5 Pro, or is it still the same?

We've had zero problems with Q5 Pro LED display. It's a different part to that used in Q5 4K3D/Quad.

A different LED part... well, nice to know.
By the way, the one thing they should have kept, though, was the placement of the USB ports. I wonder whose idea it was to move the two ports, especially USB3, to the LEFT side of the box? I can't imagine plugging the cables and moving them above the player to the disks which, of course, would be placed on the right side of the case... as everything is always placed with every such player, and as the disks are placed now with my Q5 and with three other media players.
