hi,
very very new here; hope you can help
I have a Q10 Pro from november 2016 and yesterday the box stopped working.
As you can see in the attached image is stuck at the home page with the message shown and is impossible to operate. The message shown is "OTA has stopped".
Sometimes in the last months I have had the annoying problem "st process has stopped" but I gave no weigh to this.
I have the latest firmware. I really hope that someone can give me support to fix the problem.
Many thanks in advance.
David

Hi,
Try to reinstall 2.04
http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=2096.0
Your issue happened a lot with 2.03 but supposedly was fixed with the latest firmware. Are you sure you have 2.04 or are you saying you have the latest because it's the message you get in the settings menu?

thanks man for the reply!
I read that is the latest fw when I go to upgrade option in the menu
-
I read instruction how to install 2.0.4
how to know which version I have to download?
again thanks

I cant reach that page

Have you ever manually updated the firmware using a USB stick?
Has the box ever notified you of an update being available?
Did you buy the box from us?
Please answer the above questions so I can figure out what firmware you have installed.

Futeko, is the firmware package Android 5 to 7 (2.04) a complete software package? Can't it be installed regardless of the firmware installed?

No, it requires Android 5.1 firmware version 1.0.7 - 1.1.0 to be currently installed.
In theory it should install on earlier Android 5.1 firmware but some users have reported problems so I recommend installing 1.0.7 first if you're currently running 1.0.1 - 1.0.6..

I think you have Android 5.1 firmware installed.
Use this firmware package: http://www.mediafire.com/file/bzd7e7vi9bbwz6a/Q10_PRO_FIRMWARE._ANDROID_5.1_TO_ANDROID_7_v2.0.4._FUTEKO._HMD-2.0.4_2017-07-05.191425.zip
Following the instructions in this thread: http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=2096.0

You have 2.03, upgrade to 2.04 and it should solve your problems:

stl's answer above is correct. Update to 2.0.4 and you'll get a stable and up to date system. Follow these instructions exactly: http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=2096.0
In your answers above you said you'd never done a USB update. For you to have bought the box in November 2016 and it to be running 2.0.3 you must have done. 2.0.3 has never been offered OTA to Android 5.1 boxes. That's where the confusion has come from.
