Title: Video And Audio stutter problem

still having issues when watching movies....tried different settings but still same problem.
Video playback not smooth and audio stutters every couple of minutes.

we know already.....unfortunely :(
it happens random..... tried to stop the stutter movies ,exit kodi... and restart.... or turn off/on the q5/q10....
it happens random and not always....just sometimes....but very annoying....
the q5 engineers are working for fix....

I have only video stuttering in most  if not all my hd movies mkv(nearly all are of this kind), not tested in 4k.

What kind of video stuttering? There shouldn't be any major video stutter problems with Q5/Q10/M3.

If the files are 23.976 / 24p then I'd suggest turning on 24p in Settings - Playback.

Also, make sure the refresh rate (50Hz / 60Hz) is set manually to what is best for the file and your TV.

Yes, there is NO kind of major video stutter problems with the Q5. The problem is really subtle and very random. There is both video and audio stuttering, but without pattern. It can occur very rarely, then at other times occurs with visible frequency. And it is not related to any video settings that I can reproduce. Even with my Q5 set appropriately to 1080p 60 Hz with 23.976 output the stuttering recurs. Sometimes restarting the Q5 temporarily corrects the problem. It is quite annoying since it is so unpredictable.

Hi, thanks for your reply my TV and the q10 has 24p activated as soon i got it, is in playback in 1080p 50hz 24p activated.
