Is it possible to turn the box on after power failure turned on and not turned off?

I do't undestund your answer.
I can be my box when I plug inti 220V turn on automatic; led on, blue, no led red on power off.

You mean a setting to turn on the box automatically after power failure like you have in a PC BIOS? I don't think it's possible...
