Title: Sata Cables etc and Hard Drive case

Hi hoping for help yet again please I am going to put my hard drive via a sata cable to my Egreat 5 media player Is there such a thing as Black Sata cable and if so is there any longer lengths than the standard. ones As I would like to hide the the hard drive round the back of the player. And is there a case I could put the hard drive in so to protect the case. The ones I have seen are have USB 2.0 or 3.0

For sure there are SATA docking stations with ESATA. Also conversion cables from SATA to ESATA do exist.

The SATA interface standard is really meant for within-housing deployments.
