When I open my Q10 pro I receive an error "App stopped " what can I do ?

Does it say which app stopped? Does the box hang?
What firmware version?

No not say what app. I have android 7 2.0.3 and yes it hangs, I cannot do anymore

2.0.3 has a known bug where you get 'st process stopped' and similar error messages.
The solution is to install firmware 2.0.4.

When opening the Q10 pro after boot he freeze on the screen where kodi, settings etc is shown. I cannot do anything anymore, what to do, please help

Ok I just do the upgrade to firmware 2.0.4. For the moment everything fine, I hope It stay so
