Title: Not reading usb for update

Trying to update from 203 to 204 but not reading usb. Changed name to  update .zip. Tried 4 usb sticks but no luck. circle comes but no update. Help

Presuming it's the official firmware downloaded from us re-read the instructions carefully.

There is no renaming.

No its the custum im tring to download on my Q5

OK. Custom does need renaming.

Did you install 2.0.3 from the same USB stick?

I can only suggest obvious things. Try different USB port, format should be FAT32,  try format USB stick as 8GB if it's higher capacity.

Check with any Android explorer if you don't rename it by mistake to update.zip.zip inside of update.zip

Sorry but i did not understand the meaning of your reply Pcristi . Am i naming it wrong you ment ?
