Thx for the reply, but I still don't see my hard drive on the Q10Pro
I formatted the drive using Tuxera disc manager so I can handle files that are standing on my Mac pc.

Hi,
What is the size of the hard drive? How are you connecting it to your Mac? Do you have access to a windows pc?

Hello. I am using a USB cable to transfer files. When the cable is connected my Mac see's the drive. After disconnecting the Q10 also see's the drive. But after reboot of the Q10 the drive is gone. I don't have a window pc

You always had this problem or only happened after the firmware upgrade?
How did you upgrade the firmware (which method)?
Is the hard drive larger than 2TB?

Hello
I have this problem with firmware 2.0.4 and not before. I used a USB stick too upgrade the firmware. My harddisc is 2 TB

I would recommend that you reinstall 2.04 using the restore button method, you'll lose all your data and settings so backup if you need to. If it doesn't work go back to 2.03 (I STRONGLY recommend the custom firmware version) and report here the model of your hard drive, probably it's a software bug.
