Hi
Just buy some weeks ago from you a q5pro (i came from a q5 4k3d also from you)
Sometimes appens that the boot time takes 5 or 6 minutes....
Normally 20 seconds....
It happens randomly 1 time in 10 boot,at least...
Can you help me or fix in the next firmware?
I have a 5.1.1 firm (try the original and custom....same) just a few app installed ( mx player....vlc)
Thanks

What firmware version?
What, if anything, do you have attached to the USB ports?
-
The firmware is the last original and custom .... 1.1.0
Same result
I have attacched a usb 3.0 hard disk (samsung d3 2tb) and a pen drive 128gb .
But is the same when are unplugged ..... randomly the boot time is 5/6minutes .... the box seems stuck at himedia screen boot (but is not stuck cause
The count of the minutes in the display works 00.01 00.02 00.03 eccc.... )
After 5 minutes goes to desktop screen and work
It happens randomly 1 time every 10 or 12 times... but is really annoying
Could you fix or give me solutions?
Ps. When i had the first q5 4k3d .... i had the same issues in the firsts realase firmware.... i post the problem and the nexts realase was fix...
Maybe same issue.now i have the q5 4k3d in kitchen and is perfect

An -almost- similar problem here. It happened like 1 times out of 5, that the Box showed it's lights as if tuned on, but gives no signal to the TV. Than I have figured this one out: if I turn on the Box first and the TV right away, than it would stuck to boot, but if I wait like 10 secs after tuning on the Box to power on the TV, it will -most predictably and regarding my observation based presumptions so far- boot up just fine.
I don't know how the powering on the TV can be affect the Box :???, but it just seams this way...

I Think my problem is different... boot time long and logo in the tv waiting....
Futeko any news? Any solutions?
