Title: Showmax app not working - recognizing root!

There is a playback problem with Showmax app!

Showmax recognizes the device as rooted and not plays movies - i don't unerstand this, but box is not rooted.
Trailers in app working but movies stucks on buffering.

How to fix this??
This is very importent for me, because i use player on projector.

Help please...

I see that you've posted the same on Egreat's forum. They should reply there.

There is some info here for HiMedia Q10 Pro. I've not tested it, but it should also apply to Egreat A5: http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=1539.0
