Dear all,
i usually play m2ts files of HD videos. Today i received my Q10pro player but whatever setting i define, it says it removes the black bars and is on full screen but in fact it doesnt. Is that something, that can be handled somehow?
Best regards, Holger

Dear futeko team,
it would be very helpful if you could comment my post, to remove the black bars on 21:9 to get the 16:9 screen filled is essential for me. And i need to decide, if i keep the player or send it back...
rgds, holger

I think Futeko sleep, it is night on the other side of the world!
Use MX player to play m2ts files;

In m2ts files in many cases are the black bars hard encoded in the video stream. So the black bars are actually part of the whole 16:9 ratio. So it is impossible to remove them and stretch the image by the player. It's not a bug. But the ".mkv version" of the same videos have usually "cropped" off the black bars, and by selecting "Full Screen" aspect ratio in the setting menu, you can fill the whole 16:9 screen.
