Hi,
I have the HMD-2.0.0 - 2016 - 175905. What is the latest stable filmware i can download on my Q5 Pro Euro running on 7.0 please ?

"stable" will depend on what your uses are.  2.0.0 was improved by 2.0.1 but the latest 2.0.3 firmware works fine, has auto-resolution and is very stable for my own needs (i.e High bitrate 1080p Blu-ray quality playback from HDD USB attached and NAS over network with full 7.1 audio passthrough using the included wrapper).   
Streaming from the web and 2160p video with HDR is a whole other matter...... (and not my usage). 
Upgrade and see for yourself?

The Custom Firmware has some further fixes that will be included in the next 2.0.4 firmware, whenever that turns up.

Q10Pro + 4Tb HDD, Firmware 2.0.3  Kodi 17.3

Thanks for the info Phil. When you download the file, HMD-2.0.3 2017-04-13.093025, do i unzip it or put it as it is on my usb stick ?

Follow those links, select the firmware thread you want and follow the instructions.

I would recommend pcristi's custom firmwares 1.1.0 (Android 5.1) or 2.0.3 repack (Android 7).

Unzip the Futeko cover file and instructions but don't unzip the actual file as the box expects a zip file to use.
