Title: Q10 crashing

I have a q10 box witch keeps on crashing, I can not turn box off,I have to pull the plug,help needed

It would help everyone here to make suggestions, if you provide some more information. 
We need to gain an understanding of what the background is and what may have occurred beforehand to make your Q10 "crash" constantly!

• what firmware are you running?
• what version Kodi are you running?
• do you boot directly into Kodi?
• does the main menu come up before it crashes? Can you start Kodi before it crashes?
• did it all work fine previously?
• did you install any apps or upgrade/update any system when the crashing started?
