Hi
When I first got the Q10 I tested it with part of a film and my amp (http://uk.yamaha.com/en/products/audio-visual/av-receivers-amps/rx-v575_g/?mode=model) displayed it was doing DTS-HD.
I have tried with a few files since in both the media player and Kodi (wrapper installed) and it just displays DTS.
I just wondered the best way to test if it is actually running in HD or not? According to the Amp spec it should do Dolby and DTS-HD.
Thanks

Go to settings - playback and set HDMI output to RAW, spdif output to close and HDR output to raw7.1

Thanks, I just set them to auto and it seems to have fixed it?
Will it make much difference if using raw and closing spdif?

My experience is that on my sytem (Yamaha Ht amp) the sound with the (raw - closed - raw7.1) rather than the auto setting is audibly superior with better clarity. Not sure why but will be interesting to see what happens when the known audio bugs are fixed as there may be other issues in the audio chain that are involved.
Has anyone else noticed this effect or is it my set up, it is subtle but repeatable on switching back and forth?
