Since I have installed kodi 17 on HIMEDIA Q 10 pro I have problem of buffering.
I try slot of solution unsuccessfully blaming the Internet ect.
I do ask the forum.
I try with other three different simple unknown streaming and supremely no buffering any more.
I am not an expert but my conclusion is that there is a problem withHIMEDIA Q 10 pro.

Did it buffer for you with Kodi 16.1?
Were the "other three different simple unknown streaming" players also using Kodi 17?
Streaming is always affected by the internet and the quality of the provider.
Is it one of those illegal Kodi add-on you are streaming with or YouTube or similar?

Logic says the problem is Kodi 17, not Q10 Pro.
Kodi 17 is not good for streaming add-ons on Android. Hopefully 18 will be better. In the meantime I would personally go back to Kodi 16.1, however you could try this fix for Kodi 17 streaming problems:
From http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=1570.0:
Go to Settings -> Player -> Videos
and turn off "Allow hardware acceleration - MediaCodec (Surface)"

Stuttering has started only after I installed kodi 17.
I use three streamers that each of them cost less than 50$ using the same connection and cable(connect to Marana nr 1605 recover).
I did try to connect the HIMEDIA direct to my Samsung 9500 TV but the stuttering was the same.
I also try all the solution I the net.

KODI 17 on android performs worse in general than KODI 16.
Streaming issues, more loading times and crashes during music playback.
If you can, stay on KODI 16.
Since the version on the play store is 17, here is a mirror to download 16:
