What are the advantages or main differences between using Q10 Pro Android 5.1 or Android 7 firmware versions?

Android 7:
* does not duplicate drive names in Kodi
* has much faster throughput from the network for file transfers
* works fine with Kodi 17 (for me with internal HDD, USB & NAS files).
* drive names are better and do not need remapping.
* Android apps not designed for 7 may not run.
