Title: Can see LAN when searching

Tried both on wifi and with LAN connection. Box cannot see the network.

Can you find the network location when searching from Kodi?

If you can then the box can see it so might just be a searching problem with HiMedia media center app. Give your share a fixed IP address (in router setup) and enter IP address manually in HiMedia media center.
