hallo guys.
i have bought the q10 from amazon ( european type).
i have open the wifi....and surprise....there is only the 2.4 ghz!
the q10 don't find the 5 ghz.
smartphones, tablets, even the smart tv have the 5 ghz.
the q10 no.
is it broken?
what can i do?

Check with your seller in this case. Q10 Pro supports 5GHz. Q10 only 2.4GHz.

the q10 pro must have both 2.4 than 5 ghz without fixing nothing.
for me the article is broken so i decided to resend to amazon.

Fixed it by lowering channel to 64.

Hmm... Mine is working on CH 149. Work out of the box. :)

What channel are you using in 5GHz?
Android 5, for example, could not use all DFS channels. There's may be limits in the chipset Himedia choose for Q10Pro.
Try setting 36 to 48. Those are the basic ones and if a client doesn't see it, that's a hw problem with the client. Second best 149-161.

I think the connection problems are probably localised and the solution will be to change to a different channel.
What channel that is will depend on your router and the other wifi networks in your locality.
