Hi - noticed something recently, as I have started leaving my Q10 on, due to it losing picture settings when switched off, plus I use it for downloading.
Latest Android 7 firmware which was pre-installed.
Issue is when I switch TV on again, the Q10 is not sending a signal to the TV so it thinks there is nothing to show. I have to turn the box off and on again to get a picture. The box has not crashed as I can still access network shares for example.
Any ideas?

Anyone? It's done it again this morning.
Came downstairs, turned on tv, no signal coming from the Q10, so had to restart then set the settings again which it loses each boot!

Hmmh.... Well my device does save any changes made.
1. What settings are made which are nit saved?
2. Does your device even do a proper shutdown?
3. What exact firnware are you using?

It doesn't save the changes. It is a known bug which is supposed to be fixed in next firmware.
then other times it reverts back to 1080p/60hz as well, from 2160p 60hz.
This is when I press power on remote, then turn on again, or unplug the device. Either way.
Android 7 - HMD-2.0.0 2016-11-17.181855
So if you have the same fw, it also won't work for you.

This is fixed in Android 5.1 fw 1.0.9 and will be fixed in Android 7 next fw, which will be released on this forum Wednesday morning.
