Title: How to reinstall firmware on Q 10 pro

Hi all,
can somebody please help me. Last week I receive an update to firmware 1.0.9 I do it without problem but since then my Q10 pro freezes all the time. So i think i have to do a reinstall.  Can somebodt explain me how I have to do it please. Thanks

ok thanks, work again, but now i not see wrapper anymore, where I can find it ?
