Hello, last week I loaded via OTA the last android 5 firmware.
Everything has worked fine for a couple of days than, last friday, my Q10 crashed and I had to turn off the electric plug and restart again since the off button didn't work.
When it restarted it was as if a factory reset had been made: all my kodi setup where lost and also all the apps I had installed were lost. The wrapper app was missing too and I had to reinstall it downloading the apk from the link in this forum.
Since then the samba service has stopped working and my Q10 is not visibile in my home network.
If I go to settings I can turn it on and off ( and it says it has regularly started/stopped), but nothing changes in my home network.
What could I try to do to try to make it work again?
Thank you very much.

Not sure what caused the initial crash and (what appears to have been) factory reset, but my advice would be to reinstall 1.0.9 using the restore button method:

When the factory reset happened you will have lost some systems apps. A factory reset is never a good idea with Q5/Q10 Pro, firmware reinstall is always better as a way to reset box.

Thanks a lot for your help, I'll try it very soon.

The sort of firmware reset that I talked about seems very similar to what is descibed in this other post:

It's similar in so much that it's a factory reset.
What triggered the factory reset is probably different.
