hello i have a friend  he bought q5 4k
put he told me the himedia  work perfect 3d iso
put he return back the item i told him why
he said the arabic languages for subtitles no support
so i want to know does this issue fixed or not
himedia q5ii or q10 4k
i wish any help me thanks

thanks for your help put i read he fixed the issue change  subtitles
from srt to idx using copmuter program
i want to know there no fix issue support arabic subtitels srt

If you have mkv files try adding the srt using MKVtoolnix

Have you tried when playing a video with arabic srt subs, pressing Menu - Subtitle encode and changing the option to Arabic(ISO8859_6) or Arabic(CP1255)?

Whatever you change the encoding setting to will be the new default.
