My box comes with Android 7 pre-installed. I don't have any Wi-Fi or Ethernet issue. Dynamic IP is working fine here.

There are a large number of Android 7 Q5/Q10 Pro users now and very few reports of this problem.
For the people having these problems, where did you buy the product from? Us? What sort of network setup do you have? One router DHCP or something more complex?

Hi
I updated today and have to Report same issue. No Network Connection via Ethernet or Wifi. Is downgrading or Setting static IP still the only solution?
-
No problem with my Q10 since upgrading, I have a full gigabit wired connection and a server which allocates the ip's.

I think I bought from you, yes. One router DHCP via 8-port-switch. All other Equipment like PC, Settop-Box, Nvidia Shield, Amazon Fire TV work fine on same Switch. I restarted router, no success.

I updated to 7 and my ethernet works.

Upgraded to 2.0.0 and got the same problem. Always used an ethernet cable which worked great before the upgrade. Now it returns 0.0.0.0 for ethernet connection. Tried wi-fi too and I was able to 'connect' to my home network, but yet the IP is apparently saved as 0.0.0.0, so its the same problem. Bought the box directly from Futeko in June 2016. I cannot use internet at all on my Q10 Pro right now.
After the upgrade I didn't change any setting. Just booted Kodi once and found out internet does not work, even though it says its connected to ethernet. As said, the IP always returns as 0.0.0.0.
I don't know yet how set my IP manually (static setting) which should resolve the issue for now. :(
Any tips to fix this?

Go to Settings Ethernet
- Turn off "Auto"
- Set IP to an unused address (or to the address before, if you remember) i.e. "192.168.1.120"
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
DNS1: 192.168.1.1
DNS2: 192.168.1.2 or same as DNS1 should work too.
Worked for me.
But due to another issue, that with Firmware 2.0.0 files from USB-Disc connected to the NAS could not be played, I rolled back to 1.0.9. Happy again.
