Hello,
i actually have an Minix h8 box and look for Q5, Q10 or HimediaH8. Is the H8 the most performant with the best processor? Why is it cheaper? ANd what is the advantage of H5 or H10 and the difference between them? WHich of this three has the best CPU Performance? ANd are they better than the Minix box?
Thanks!

It all depends on what you plan to use it for. The Q10 Pro has place inside it for a standard 3.5 inches HDD, the Q5 Pro has the same hardware except the fact that it has 8 GB of internal memory (Q10 Pro has 16).

Do you mean MiniX X8-H?
Or HiMedia H8?
MiniX X8-H is a good box but is 2 year old hardware. It's comparatively slow and doesn't support latest formats. It doesn't support Kodi 17.
HiMedia H8 is just over 1 year old hardware. It's roughly the same as Q5/Q10 Pro in terms of overall performance, but inferior for format support and picture quality. A big drawback that has become apparent during it's life is that the chipset manufacturer, Rockchip, are offering minimal support. This means you're locked into custom Kodi 15.2 if you want hardware features in Kodi.
HiMedia H5/H10 are China only products with Chinese streaming apps. They are of limited use outside of China.

Think the A5 is powerful it has a S915 processor and a Mali T820 video chip.
To Futeko:
Can we have a feature request thread?
Like want to a future product: An upgraded Q5/Q10 Pro w/ built in TV tuner.

A5 is also China only and the Amlogic S912 (not 915) has been roundly slated in reviews. It's barely more powerful than the much cheaper S905 and lacks the compatibility of the Mali-450. It won't come from HiMedia, but in the new year we'll stock an S905D based product with LibreELEC. S905D is going to be the best of the new Amlogic chipsets. HDR, 7.1 audio, dual-band wifi, Gigabit LAN + the stable version of LibreELEC developed over the past year for S905 and S905X.
You are welcome to start a feature request thread. I won't start one officially because they quickly become cumbersome, with lots of requests for stuff that just won't happen. In the supported peripherals thread there's a generic TV tuner (Cobra LIBELLULA DVB-T dongle) that was reported to work with Q5/Q10 Pro and Android 5.1 FWs. If that still works with Android 7 then a solution like that is better.

USB tuner compatibility is always a bit lucky dip and may would come and go with various firmware updates. And there aren't any affordable USB DVB-C tuners at all. So I +1 the idea of the quality built in (and selectable) tuners in upcoming players, with DVR functionality. WETEK has already jumped on this wagon with their latest media boxes. If Himedia would make a player specification wise equal with Q5 Pro/Q10 Pro with tuners (and without the still present bugs in their firmwares), that just would be a "dream machine".... Another option would be if Himedia would just make their own USB tuners specially for their own Boxes, that would guarantee the compatibility and while sold separately, anyone could decide whether he needs it or not.
