I apologize for my English writing. It is the first message here in the forum. I bought a few days Q10 pro. After the first use, it seems to me that the wi-fi is weak at 2.4 GHz, while it is almost nothing to 5 GHz. So. it is true, or the device has a problem for the operation of the wi-fi section? is a known problem to other users?

Not a known problem. Wifi reception is usually good.
The wifi antenna is connected to the mainboard by a plug in connector. It's possible this is disconnected.
Where did you buy the Q10 Pro from? If it's us email us (mail@futeko.com) and we can either provide instructions to take the top off the case so you can check if the antenna is disconnected or RMA instructions. If you bought it from another seller you should contact them before attempting to open the case.
