I have a Q10 pro and it's functioning fine except for the subtitles search. Just a week ago it would function normally & pull subtitles through the player itself. However for a week now, it always show 0 found even for movies which worked before.
I am running the Video player app version released 23rd Aug so its the very latest one. Am I missing any settings which I need to correct?
My internet is working fine so that's not the issue. Any help will be welcome.
Thanks!

Just checked and I also get 0 found..
The subtitle feature was a beta and not in most recent firmware. I will pass on the 0 subs found problem to HiMedia, hopefully they know about it already and it is fixed when subtitle download feature is included in next firmware.

same problem here. I also updated Q5 and now all subtitles search return 0 found.

Hi
There are still problems with subtitles - found 0 . I have new soft for HiMedia Q5Pro.
Is a solution to this problem?

What are you guys using? Because OpenSubtitles.org requires an account. I always get my subtitles manually for a Romanian site to ensure quality.

I have an account i subttiles.org
Where do I set log and pass in Himedia Q5?

If you are using the Wrapper, I do not know how to do it. If you are using the internal player from Kodi, there is an addon for opensubtitles.org that accepts inserting a username and a password.

I find Subscene to be free, reliable and has all major release subs to match lots of versions :)
