how do i conect my q10 pro 2 the pc so i can see my files i used 2 have a popcorn c300 and that concted no problem when i put ip address in it wont conect

You probably haven't turned on Samba in Q10 pro.

* How to share Q5/Q10 Pro internal storage / internal HDD / USB storage on a network? Turn on Samba sharing. Go Settings - More - SAMBA Service - Start. You can add password protection if you wish. This will share the internal storage, internal HDD and all attached USB storage using a Samba (Windows) network.
