Title: Himedia Q5 quad launcher stop
Post by: stack on April 19, 2015, 07:01:06 PM
Firm 1.07 EU fresh installation.
No root.
Kodi 14.1 installed and no other additonal apps.
It is not possible to function normal after the start in the morning before 3 days.
Message "Unfortunately, Launcher has stopped" appeared.
Nothing is happen when I press OK or it's going to black screen.
It's already the second time with this problem.
Solution: hard reset or new installation, but unfortunately it fails after some restarts.

I can't see the photo, but I get the idea.

Very odd problem, do you get any other apps crashing or just the launcher? Any problems with setup (conflicting installed apps or similar) should be fixed by a fresh firmware install.

You have to press download button when open the link.
But it is not normal to need reflash after couple of starts. Worked arround a week.

Just the launcher.
No, I bought it from a Romanian online store, but it is definetely for the EU market.

There is a new firmware and new launcher coming soon, so you may want to wait for that.

However, launcher crashes with the 1.0.7 firmware should be very rare so you may want to contact the store you bought it from and see whether they'll replace it.
