Hi all,
Just purchased the Q5 pro and having some issues with USB playback, specifically:
USB drive attached to the USB 2.0 port
Contains mkv files from 15 to 45GB
All files are located in a named folder, not at the top level
USB is formatted in a Mac OS Journaled format
I can see the drive, but can't see any content. The only thing that appears under 'all content' is a file called 'view.xml'. This did originally exist at the tip level and I have since deleted, but it still appears as the only file under the 'all files' search option.
Any advice much appreciated...
Note that 100% of my playback will be via USB due to phyisical constraints.

Mac OS file format is not supported by Android.
Suported file formats are FAT, exFAT, EXT, NTFS.

Thank you very much. As using a Mac I assume I will need to Exfat for large files e.g. 15gb up to 40gb plus, unless you have any other suggestions (as a Mac doesn't support nfts)?
