Hi,
Recently the lan network does not recognize the nas device. It simply says " no server" while my mede8er identifies the nas device. I tried various ways including re-updating firmware of Q10 pro and that of the router.
Please anyone has this problem? I feel the device useless, if this does not work since i mainly use this as media player for movies on my nas device.

Try to switch off WiFi.
Settings - More - Wi-Fi - toggle off.

Change IP address to remove any evtl. IP conflict.
