Hello
Because I cannot use my Pro and have to use the Q5 4K again, I recognized that with the same connections, the Q5 4k sometimes out of the nothing has constant Audio dropouts when playing a DTS MKV. If it begins only a Newstart of the Q5 and my Yamaha RX1050 solves this problem.
I cannot see any reason, why this happens, but it only happens sometimes and only with DTS MKVs.
however with other players (Q10 Pro, Dune Solo 4K) this does not happen.
Any ideas?

Hi,
I have the same problem!

It doesn't sound like a hardware problem so it won't be possible to 'repair' it.
HD-audio dropouts are usually caused by a bad cable or networking problems (HD-audio will show interruption before video).
Can you point to a specific file where this happens so we can try and replicate it?

It happens to all of my files. No matter if mkv (1080p,720p) or iso BluRay. I play everything from local USB hard drive. Sometimes when I switch of and on again the audio drops are away and somtimes not.
This is really annoying...

Maybe try a different HDMI cable.
