thanks for help me. I bought from a company with a monthly subscription has ended the contract of work I want to flash on the device or Root, but I did not find it. the company name atn and this model atn 2000 but when i open cover i see in the motherboard Q9 II V.20 2013 and this photo for it  attachfile
