No one really has an idea what can be a problem? :(

Try connect HiMedia box with HDMI CEC Less Adapter or cable with cut(broken) of pin 13.

Of course, I do not want to spend my money unnecessarily ;),so I will ask if there is a way to quickly break the pin.

Unfortunately, buying an Lindy adapter did not solve the problem. Anyone have ideas how to solve this?

Have you tried a different HDMI cable to see if it is a cable issue?
Have you tried disconnecting the decoder and testing on HDMI1?
Does the Q10 work if you connect it directly to the TV?
