Hello.
Is June 10 a realistic shipping option?
Any chance for delays the way you see things?

June 10th is still possible but we don't yet have a fixed date from Dune. When we have new information from Dune we will update our website accordingly.

Update on shipping ETA.
Dune confirmed today that they expect to receive production stock at their warehouse late next week (~2-JUN). On this basis the 10-JUN despatch on our site is realistic and it may even be earlier.

Update on despatch:
Dune have yet to receive the factory production stock which had been due to arrive this week. They now say another 1-2 weeks. On this basis the earliest we could have stock ready for despatch would be ~19-JUN.
We apologise to those with pre-orders for the delay and will be contacting all these customers individually.
We will continue to push Dune for updates and publish them here and on our product page. Based on past experience of these things we think stock despatch in June is likely. However, to add a element of margin for error we are changing the pre-order ETA on our site to 3-JULY.

Stock update:
More delays. Dune have told us that they will receive stock from factory next week (beginning 29-JUN). On this basis the earliest we could have stock in the UK is 6-JUL.
We've changed the despatch date on our website to 17-JUL, to build in some margin for error.
We'll keep updating our customers, our website, and this forum when we have more info.

We expect to despatch all pre-orders on/before Tuesday 14-JUL.

Our Pro 4K stock is with a courier on it's way from Hong Kong. We expect despatch to customers later this week. On/before 17-JUL.
We apologise for the delays. Importing from China is unpredictable at the moment due to the low volumes of air traffic.
This has been the most delay-plagued pre-order we've ever done... we'll be as happy as anyone when all the pre-order are out to customers.

All existing pre-orders for Dune Pro 4K II will be despatched on 17-JUL.
To best manage the despatch of these pre-orders we have stopped taking any new pre-orders. When the pre-orders have all been despatched on 17-JUL we will have some Pro 4K II stock and will resume normal service.

We are waiting for Dune to have stock with their European distributor. They have told us this should happen next week. If it does then we'll have stock approx 4 days later.

Dune have not managed to get stock to Europe this week meaning earliest we could have stock is ~ 9th November.

Latest news from Dune is that they expect to receive stock next week (beginning 9-NOV) because there are no direct flights to Latvia (where their European distributor is based).
We've heard 'next week' a lot though! There is nothing we can do when the manufacturer is not able to reliably deliver their product. As soon as Dune have stock available we will buy some and outstanding orders will be satisfied within maybe 4 days (time to get the stock from Dune to us).
For those customers with pre-orders we will refund in full if you want to cancel. We apologise for the delays.

We expect Dune to have Pro 4K II stock in Europe this week. Presuming this happens then despatch to our customers would be early/mid next week, so the 17-NOV estimate is looking accurate.
On this basis, we are reinstating the Pro 4K II pre-order.
Price is slightly higher because the product is going to be scarce in the run up to Christmas. We are not receiving a lot of stock and Dune say December/January for the next batch.
Orders are limited to one per customer due to the difficulties getting stock.

90%+ chance of us receiving stock on Monday 16-NOV. In which case we would get orders out either 16 or 17-NOV depending on time of stock arrival.
The long wait should at last be over! :)

Fully inline with the previous generation Dune price setting. I do like this Plus and it figures well compared with the similarly priced Zidoo Z1000 PRO too. I frankly prefer an external PSU (and use it with my Linear PSU) and only would have preferred it to be a front-loader as that is more convenient.
