Title: Q10 Pro Bluetooth problem

A HiMedia  Q10 pro I purchased new 3 months ago has faulty Bluetooth and I am unable to connect A Bluetooth mouse or Bluetooth Headphones .
They pair ok but will not connect the Jabra headphones which tell's me they are connecting then say disconnecting.

The mouse intermittently connects and then disconnects.

I am running 2.1.7 FW could that be the problem ?

Also could I rollback to an earlier FW version ? to try to fix the problem.

Is the wi-fi antenna tightened on the back? Without the antenna, Bluetooth does not work properly. This antenna also works with bluetooth.

Many thanks for the tip as the bluetooth is now working great.
I use a ethernet cable for the network and did not even have the antenna attached.
