The UK left the EU on 31-JAN-2020. We are now in a 'transition period' where the UK abides by all EU rules until 31-DEC-2020.
So, effectively nothing changes until at least end 2020.
What happens after 31-DEC-2020 will be negotiated during the course of this year. It is very likely there will be no change at all for a business like ours. Introducing tariffs between the UK and EU for relatively low value goods would cost much more than it would generate in revenues.
* We will honour all warranties and consumer rights to the same level or higher than when the UK was in the EU. So, for instance, we will retain a 2 year warranty period.
* It is extremely unlikely that shipping between the UK and EU will be significantly affected for our products under any circumstances.
We will keep this page updated with information that affects our relationship with EU customers.
