I have Q10 Pro, linked in a LAN network, via cable. Everything ok, except that the LAN speed is really slow. Any idea what I can do ?

Is everything up to Gigabit (cables, router, switches)? How are you testing?

I had similar problems using supplied Ethernet cable which is obviously poor quality one. After trying new one, problems were gone.

Through cable, maximum internet speed I get is 9.5 Mbps, on wireless I get around 45 Mbps.
Connected on a laptop with the same cable, I get over 50 Mbps internet speed.

Have you internal HDD or other HDD's attached? There was another
recent Thread
, where some members explained the possible side effects of the under powered Box with the stock PSU, in the case when internal or external HDD's are also in use. Tho' I'm still a bit sceptic regarding the phenomena, but it seems that upgrading the PSU just -somehow- also affected the Box's networking speeds. Without suggesting and stating anything concrete, just hinting, that it maybe could worth a try.

Its just the stock box, without anything else attached. No HDD added. It used to work fine, but now the network speed seems to be limited by something.
I'll try to do a factory reset to see if that helps.
