Only the one USB 2 port on the left side doesn't work for me.

Can you confirm that the USB 2 port on the right works?

It is as you write: USB2 port on the left side doesnt work, on the right side works.

This is happening to me as well - I reported that Q5 was not recognizing my disk (which was connected on the left side), as I moved to the USB port on right side It works - so the firmware messed up with the ports that are enabled, likely disabling the left ones.
