I have a Q10Po with a 1TB disk installed. It took me ages to in install the disk because the Q10pro did not recocnize it alway the time. it a guess if the disk is visible after a reboot.

When I boot the Q10Pro the disk is not always in the menu, or recocnized. When iI reboot again the disk is sometimes in the menu, but not alway's.

Is this a know problem? do i need a special disk in this devices?

In my case the 2A adapter was not enough. When I switched to a 12v 4A my HDD behaved normally.

Been using Android as music player for my DAC/Amps for abou 5 years now. UAPP tops them all on compatibility, SQ, UI and support.

Since June, UAPP has support (HiRes Driver) for built in DACs. IDK if you have used it in the X20/X20 Pro's internal ESS DAC.

That is why I shifted to a larger capacity (4A) PS. 2A is just not enough for a 3.5 HDD.

IME the 2A power supply that comes from the unit will just be borderline when having an internal HD drive. Better buy a 12v 4A power supply.

What app do you use for your DAC? Is it thru USB? Plugging it mine to USB using UAPP as player running bitperfect.
