All new products are supplied with a 12 month warranty.
For orders from within the UK / European Union return is always to the UK. For orders from outside the UK/EU we may ask you to return direct to the manufacturer.
For standard warranty repairs the customer pays postage costs to return the faulty item to us and we pay postage costs to send the repaired/exchanged item back. We will use Standard Delivery*. If an item is faulty on arrival we will reimburse return postage costs up to the cost of Standard Delivery*.
If you think an item is faulty please do not try to fix it yourself. We will not give refunds or perform warranty repairs on items where the casing has been opened or where there are other signs of attempted unauthorised customer self-repair. If in doubt then email us.
Impact damage (e.g. a cracked LCD panel caused by dropping a tablet) is not usually covered by the warranty.
If near the end of the warranty period and a repair/replacement is not possible we reserve the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value or a partial refund proportional to the remaining warranty.
*Standard Delivery is Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded in the UK and Royal Mail International Signed elsewhere.
Email [email protected] with 'returns' as the subject. The email should contain enough info for us to identify your order (e.g. your order number or Paypal transaction ID) and the reason for return. We will reply with an RMA number and a link to the warranty RMA form.
