Returns for refund of non-faulty items are accepted within 30 days of receipt. The customer pays all costs associated with a non-faulty return and is responsible for arranging the return. Returned goods must be in original condition, 'as new', with all original accessories, and in original undamaged packaging.
Returns for refund of items faulty on arrival are accepted within 30 days of receipt. When an item is faulty on arrival we will reimburse return postage costs up to the cost of Standard Delivery*.
*Standard Delivery is Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded in the UK and Royal Mail International Signed elsewhere.
Email [email protected] with 'returns' as the subject. The email should contain enough info for us to identify your order (e.g. your order number or Paypal transaction ID) and the reason for return. We will reply with an RMA number and a link to the returns RMA form.
We would appreciate as much information as you can give us about the reason for the return so we can improve our product range in the future.
